We primarily operate from our Central Hong Kong location, but we do offer a curated selection through our private online viewing room. You can email us with your reading preferences and we will prepare a personalised shortlist with photographs and descriptions of each title. Shipping is available within Hong Kong and internationally to most destinations.
Absolutely. We source from a wide network of publishers and distributors across Asia, Europe and North America. Special orders typically arrive within two to three weeks. There is no surcharge beyond the book price and standard shipping. We will notify you by email the moment your title lands on our shelves.
We host two to three evening events each month — author conversations, group reads and themed discussion nights. Events are free for community members and a small donation is suggested for guests. Space is limited to thirty people to keep the atmosphere intimate. Sign up through our email list or simply drop by the shop to reserve a seat.
Yes to both. Every purchase can be wrapped in our signature moss-green paper at no extra cost. We also run a quarterly book subscription where we select one or two titles based on your profile and ship them with a handwritten note from the bookseller who chose them. It makes a wonderful ongoing gift for the reader in your life.
Our core collection is in English, but we carry a growing selection in traditional Chinese, Japanese, French and Portuguese. If you are looking for titles in another language, let us know — our sourcing network covers dozens of markets and we love the challenge of tracking down a specific edition.
